Honest starting ranges • final number before the truck loads
Junk removal pricing for Waikiki and Oahu cleanouts.
Price depends on four things: how much truck space the load uses, how heavy it is, how hard it is to get out of the building, and what has to happen with it afterward. The ranges below are the real starting points — your final quote is confirmed before anything gets loaded.

Curbside bulky item
One easy-access item already at the curb or staged in a simple pickup spot — load and go.
Full-service minimum
Inside pickup for small jobs. Crew does the lifting, the loading, and the broom-sweep on the way out.
Small mixed load
Several items, boxes, bags, and mixed household junk out of a condo or apartment.
Multi-room cleanout
Larger condo, estate, storage cage, rental turn, or full property cleanout — quoted on photos.
These are honest starting ranges, not guaranteed flat rates. Your final number is locked before anything gets loaded — approve or decline first, no pressure.
Why two identical mattresses don’t cost the same.
The same mattress at curbside on a Honolulu side street is one price. The same mattress on the 22nd floor of a Waikiki tower — with a service-elevator reservation, a security check-in, a hallway runner, and a 15-minute loading window — is another. That’s not a markup. That’s an extra hour of labor and the building rules.
That’s why Patrick asks for photos and access notes before quoting anything bigger than a single curbside item.
The five things that move the number
- Truck-space volume the load takes up
- Dense or heavy material — tile, concrete, books, safes, packed boxes
- Stairs, elevator wait times, long carries, parking, and loading-zone hours
- Special handling for appliances, electronics, mattresses, or regulated items
- Sorting, donation routing, after-hours work, or tight deadlines
Quick reference: what your job probably looks like.
Four common scenarios mapped to the bucket they usually land in.
One mattress at the curb
Curbside bulky item if it’s already staged and ready to load — no stairs, no waiting.
Couch, dresser, bags, and boxes from a Waikiki condo
Small mixed load. Inside pickup, elevator access, mixed items — the most common ticket of the week.
Inherited one-bedroom condo
Custom quote. Belongings, furniture, appliances, sorting, and building access all vary too much for a flat price.
Realtor listing-prep cleanout
Quoted by room count, deadline, and how clean the unit needs to be before painters, cleaners, or staging arrive.
